All About ItsLello

More about itsLello

If you’re looking for a sensible, no-nonsense take on the digital world of marketing, you’ve come to the right place!.

New to the internet and not know where to start? Looking to improve your existing website or ask for help with writing great search engine friendly copy. Are you looking for someone to manage your social media? Need a little advice on how to bring your offline and online worlds together? Do you just want to find someone to design and print some new menus or leaflets for your business?

Here’s a little more about itsLello. Its Lello is by myself, Cathy Heavers and I’m an experienced digital marketing specialist and copywriter. I have broad marketing skills, a detailed eye and the ability to cut through technical jargon (which can be so confusing!). You’ll find I take a sensible route from A to B with any project and will encourage you to focus on deliverables that make a difference to the bottom line, rather than just following the latest trends. And to be honest, I find the rapidly changing online world just… really interesting.

With the right brief, I will add value to your business. I’m flexible and versatile, having worked for a mix of organisations across many sectors. I bring a strategic, thorough approach to my work and trusted by my client to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget.

My working knowledge has been built up through over 25 years of experience in marketing (largely online), website management & business development roles. I started working in the digital sector back in 1997, which seems a lifetime ago, and I’ve certainly seen a huge amount of change as the internet has become mainstream.

I really enjoy the creative side of my work and have steadily built up a solid reputation as an online and offline copywriter with a sound understanding of SEO and how to write for the web.

No job is too small and I deliver great results. I’m based from home and I work flexibly around my family’s demands. And in case you were wondering, Its Lello got its name from a happy little person who when he was smaller, loved everything “lello”!
